This is a post courtesy of my Beautiful Boy. We had a camping and fishing trip last weekend, and we had one trout which came home with us. So, the other night when I was out, my boy cooked it up.
The fish was prepared by stuffing it with a tablespoon of butter and a handful of thyme. He then squeezed lemon over the top and baked it in the oven with lemon slices at 175 degrees C for about 15 minutes.
By all reports it was pretty good.
