Apricot Marinade

I have made my fair share of apricot marinades over the years, but this variation on honey soy chicken is probably one of the tastiest I have ever made.
Very simply, mix one part soy sauce, to one and a half parts apricot jam (home made of course) and some crushed garlic. Stir together and marinate chicken for at least 1/2 an hour.
Being Australia Day, we of course cooked this on the barbie with a few sausages, some patties and some lamb chops. Yum.
