Raspberries and Red Currants
We went and raided my brother-in-laws berry patch today and came home with a big bag of red currents and raspberries. They smell fantastic!

I have seperated them out and plan on making some red current jelly to have with turkey on Christmas Day I'm not sure what to do with the raspberries at this stage. They are actually really good just as they are - perhaps we'll just eat them as nature intended!!

I have also saved the juice from both bowls and will freeze it to use as the basis of a fruit sauce to go over icecream or similar.
