This is a very simple str-fry style meal that is certain to keep you happy over the holiday season. The flavours are simple and the result is very nourishing.
300g beef mince
1 onion, finely diced
1 zucchini, diced
200g rice noodles
3 tablespoons black bean sauce
1 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce
Brown mince and onion in a frying pan, then add zucchini and black bean sauce. Prepare the rice noodles as per pack instructions. Once soft, add to pan and stir through to coat thoroughly. Add sweet chilli sauce and serve.
Simple, delicious and quick!
