I am after some advice from those of you out there in the blogosphere. We are planning a camping trip for around 20 people early in the new year, and I was wondering if anyone had suggestions of what we should cook.
There aren't any real dietry requirements we need to be aware of, but it will be in the middle of the Australian summer, so stews and casseroles won't be appreciated. I was thinking we would a barbecue one night and possibly something rice based another night, either a risotto or cheat's paella.
Sweet or savoury - any great camp food suggestions?
