Cocktail hour?

With my man now studying full-time, we have more time in the early evenings to sit and relax and wind down with the day. In the spirit of all things relaxing, we have reinstalled cocktail hour - just to build up our apetites for dinner of course.
Japanese Slipper
ice cubes
30ml melon liquer
30 Cointreau
15ml lemon juice
maraschino cherry
Half-fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the melon liqueur, Cointreau and lemon juice. Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
(serves 1)
