Gifts for Christmas

Hey there boys and girls! If you want to put together a couple of pots of preserved lemons to give to people for Christmas, you better get on to it this weekend. You’ll need to agitate them for six weeks before they are ready – so get to it!

Note: Anyone who might be expecting to receive a pot of preserved lemons from me for Christmas, please ignore this post – you don’t want to ruin your surprise do you?!?!
