I decided to make something with mince for dinner - but even when I arrived home from work I wasn't sure what that something would be. This is a rough recipe of what was thrown together, and it was great.
300g beef mince
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves, finely chopped
1 tin chopped tomatoes
handful baby spinach
chilli powder
thyme
Brown the onion and garlic together. Add mince and stir until browned. Put in tinned tomatoes and spinach. Season. Heat until warmed through. Servce with rice or crusty bread if desired.
