Marinated Mushrooms

BBQ season is well and truly upon us, and a favourite addition to our hotplate is marinated mushrooms.
To begin, peel mushrooms. Next place them in a nice, deep bowl or container.
In a jug combine some red wine, garlic, mustard, rosemary and lemon zest. Pour this over the mushrooms and let them sit for about half an hour.
Cook the mushrooms on the BBQ started top side down. Once they are nicely coloured and have begun to slightly collapse upon themselves, turn over.
Voila!
